How do I check the expiration date of my provider license?

To check your certification expiration date, please visit the Bureau of EMS IMS page which can be found in our resources tab and use your log in information to view your certification. You can also click the search license tab on the log in page.

My certification has expired, how do I become licensed again?

Unfortunately, you will have to take an initial course again to re gain your certification. Please contact our office so we can offer you more information as well as class options.

What is the cost of the courses?

Due to some certifications being a multi-day certification and some courses requiring a prerequisite course, prices may vary. We ask that you please contact our office so we can be sure to get you the correct pricing for the course you are seeking.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment including: Cash, check, or all major credit cards.
